Individualized Mentoring

At Encounter Community, we walk alongside youth ages 10–25 through individualized mentoring designed to meet them wherever they are in life. 

Whether they’re navigating crisis, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions, or simply seeking guidance in goal setting, leadership development, relationships, confidence, or faith exploration, our mentors provide a safe and supportive space for growth. 

Each mentoring relationship is tailored to the individual, combining practical tools, personal reflection, and emotional support to help young people build resilience, discover purpose, and take healthy steps forward. 

Our mentoring services are completely free, and when additional care is needed, we connect individuals to a trusted network of qualified and excellent counsellors.

Grounded in compassion and inspired by the teachings of Jesus, our goal is to help every young person experience hope, healing, and the confidence to thrive in mind, body, and spirit.
